Gypsum
Gypsum can help water penetrate stubborn clay soil or hard
subsoil. Typically, Gypsum is applied when starting a new
garden, however Soil Logic's Liquid Gypsum is a new, easy
way to apply a Gypsum product to an established garden. Liquid
Gypsum allows water to penetrate lawns and compacted surfaces
so that it can reach the roots of plants and turf. If applied
monthly, Liquid Gypsum will minimize excessive water run-off
which, in turn, will allow you to water your garden less
often. One quart of Liquid Gypsum is equivalent to two hundred
pounds of powdered Gypsum.
